Environmental Policy
Oman Textile Mills is in the Manufacturing of quality textile fabrics having all in-house facilities from weaving to packing.
We at Oman Textile Mills are committed to:
- Implement EMS conforming to ISO 14001standard with continual improvement.
- Comply with all relevant applicable environmental legislations and regulations
- Endeavour to promote environmental protection and prevent pollution by;
- Suitable treatment of effluents
- Efficient and safe handling and storage of products
- Minimise waste generation, promote recovery
- Safe disposal of wastes
- Promote energy saving and conservation of resources
- Communicate the environmental policy to all employees and promote awareness and encouragement among them through training and participation
- Promote awareness among other concerned interested parties towards environmental protection and pollution control.
